is bound to the town of Riccione, not only because
he gave it its autonomy from Rimini but also because
he chose it as his favorite residence for his sea
holidays.Here he built VILLA MUSSOLINI (which has
been recently been restored and has become a representative)
where he used to receive important personality of
the political world, showmen, relatives and friends.
From this period are famous the swimming and sailing
races. In these years LA Perla Verde was the most
important and in the latest fashion touristic area
and numerous villas on the same style of the Duce’s
were built up to the foreshore.
